My background in Occupational Therapy has given me a strong understanding of child development, routines, and individual needs. I bring that perspective into every placement, allowing me to consider not just qualifications, but how a caregiver will truly support a child's day-to-day experience.
Each caregiver is carefully reviewed and selected with attention to experience, reliability, and overall fit. I work closely with families to ensure placements feel aligned, dependable, and well thought out from the start.
